Water Skills for Life is not a ‘learn to swim’ programme. It is structured ’learn to survive’ content that can easily be incorporated into any existing learn to swim or water-based programme targeting primary and intermediate-aged tamariki so that these kids have a greater chance to know what to do when something goes wrong in the real world.
Swim School's don’t have to give up anything to be a part of Water Skills for Life. Let's spread the word to our fellow Swim School operators to please incorporate the WSFL content into their existing programmes and initiatives so that they better prepare tamariki to look after themselves when something unexpected happens in the real world.
