Can't log in to the school teachers course. I can login on Waterskills. But the course requires you to login or enrol. Any attempt logging in or first time trying to enrolling ends up with an error message. "Failed to generate a login name automatically. Please contact user support. (Error code: PRS0037" When I tried again it came up saying email already used.
Can't use waterskills profile to login. And when I tried to enrol again using a new unique (my hotmail) account still get an error message saying name used.
